  Went in and watched several customers after me get waited on and served while I was ignored? Got up and walked out and on my way out finally got a waitresses attention, sorry but too late I spent my money elsewhere. Papa's treated me decent though, I can recommend Papa's.

  Let me start by saying the food was DELICIOUS. I ordered my Food, and it was MAYBE 7 minutes before it was brought out, which is awesome! My waitress was Chanda, and she was absolutely perfect. She made a great food recommendation, which i enjoyed, and Checked on me just the right amount, didn't once come up to me while my mouth was full. Thank you Chanda! Loved the food, service, atmosphere and the employees!

  Absolutely HORRIBLE Managment! I ordered the seafood platter, as I always do. At which point they inform me they don't have any oysters (2nd time in 4 days consecutively coming here). For those that don't know, the seafood platter comes with oysters (3). Management (Hispanic guy) comes to the table to inform me of this and offers (2) shrimp in place of the (3) oysters. I tell him it should at bare minimum come with (3) shrimp to replace the (3) oysters. As any logical thinking person would. It's not my fault place doesn't have what is advertised on the menu, is it? Apparently it's a "cost" issue, so rather than keeping the customer happy with ONE extra shrimp; he chose not too. I informed him I would write this review, to which he replied, "go ahead and write your review." Great customer service, isn't it?
